This is our “LIFE” room as it features a collection of LIFE magazine covers from 1893 through the 1920s. The custom cornices of the window treatments echo the curves of the iron headboards and bring a modern twist to the Jacobean floral pattern featuring robust colors of orange and palm green. This room gets and abundance of afternoon sunlight from its five west-facing windows. It offers ADA lodging accommodations designed to make handicapped accessible travel to Rockland and Camden, Maine both comfortable, upscale and pretty. The large luxury threshold-less shower has double shower heads and a rain shower.

This spacious guest room is located at the back of the house on the second floor. The room features a queen-size mahogany sleigh bed with reading lights and a room divider that separates the sleeping area from the sitting area. The separate sitting area offers a twin sleeper sofa which can be used as a second bed. The décor offers relaxing tones of sage green, grey and cream softened by the three large windows that allow plenty of natural light. A wonderful choice for a sisters’ getaway or a small family of three traveling together.
