Parking Lot

One parking space is included per room in our onsite parking lot. Additional parking may be available upon request. 

Walkability

We are located just a 5 minute flat walk to the ferry and water views! Just a 10 minute walk to downtown Rockland, 15 minute walk to the Harbor park. It's a quiet neighborhood where you can sleep with the windows open to enjoy the crisp Maine air.

Brekkie 6am-10am

We are licensed to serve a light continental breakfast in the dining room. We keep our refreshments out for both our early risers and our vacationers. Feel free to jumpstart your day or sleep in!

Our continental breakfast includes barista style coffee, tea and juice as well as a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, oatmeal and breakfast bars.  We ask that you please let us know your allergies, or special needs at booking so we can have those refreshments on hand.

Afternoon Snack Time 5pm-7pm (BYOB)

We offer guests a sweet or savory snack every evening. We are not currently licensed to provide alcoholic refreshments but we encourage you to bring your own! Glassware including wine glasses, champagne flutes and frosted beer mugs are available in the dining room.
